Charles River Global Client Conference – Boston
Objective: Create a cohesive, immersive brand experience for a flagship global client conference that reinforces product leadership, strengthens client relationships, and elevates overall brand perception.
Context: The Charles River Global Client Conference is a large-scale, multi-day event bringing together hundreds of clients, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to explore product innovation, market trends, and the broader investment technology landscape.
Approach: Led the end-to-end visual branding and experience design for a three-day, 700+ attendee conference. Developed a unified visual system applied across all touchpoints, including main stage design, environmental signage, breakout sessions, mobile app, and on-site activations. Partnered with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent experience from arrival through all programmed and networking events.
Impact: Delivered a highly cohesive and polished brand experience that enhanced attendee engagement, strengthened client connection, and elevated the perception of the conference as a premier industry event.
College Campus Events & Engagement
Objective: Create cohesive, engaging brand experiences across a wide range of campus events and student touchpoints to strengthen community connection and support recruitment and retention efforts.
Context: Emmanuel College hosts a variety of events throughout the academic year, including welcome initiatives, campus programming, recruitment events, and open houses. These required consistent branding and messaging to create a unified and engaging experience across diverse audiences.
Approach: Designed and developed a wide range of event and promotional materials across campus initiatives, applying a consistent visual identity to everything from event signage and invitations to digital promotions. Balanced the need for consistency with flexibility, adapting the brand to suit different event types, audiences, and moments throughout the academic year.
Impact: Helped create a more cohesive and recognizable campus experience, improving engagement across student and prospective student audiences while reinforcing the college’s brand presence throughout the year.
Benefit Gala Brand Experience
Objective: Create a cohesive and compelling brand presence for SCOPE’s annual fundraising gala to support donor engagement and advance the organization’s mission.
Context: SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education) hosts an annual benefit gala to raise funds that provide children in need with access to summer camp experiences. The event requires a strong visual identity to engage donors, communicate impact, and elevate the overall experience.
Approach: Led the design and production of event branding across print and digital touchpoints, including invitations, event programs, posters, banners, and social media. Collaborated with donors and stakeholders to develop and design ad placements for the annual Benefit Journal, ensuring a cohesive visual experience while accommodating a wide range of contributors.
Impact: Delivered a polished and engaging event presence that supported donor participation and reinforced the organization’s mission through clear, consistent, and visually compelling storytelling.
